Why, a BMW with pipes attached to every orifice.

As to why, emissions testing?

Yes, this system will be federally mandated on all new vehicles by 2017.

I've seen that before in Mpls - it's the Gates of Hell brand Deluxe Seat Heater for sustained negative temperatures.

A community college designed after market boost kit?

We know there's two types when you fart in bed. The "fluff the covers" type and the "seal it at the neck" type. This driver is a sealer.

(I sure would like know what it really is. The EPA suggestions make the most sense.)

I am seriously not making this up. Its actually a new type of emissions testing that car companies will start using for some kind of certification I don't remember what, I should have paid better attention during that meeting....
